Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare case you receive an incorrect or defective item:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error.
• Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same item.

Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for any resolution.

• Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) before approval for refund or exchange.
