Custom Orders Are Final
All orders are custom-made to your specific requirements. Therefore, returns, refunds, or exchanges due to preference changes, sizing errors, or dislikes are not accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Exchanges will be processed once the claim is verified.
Important: All exchange, refund, and return requests are handled exclusively via email to ensure proper documentation and timely resolution. Our WhatsApp support is available only for general guidance and outfit-related consultation and is not authorized to process returns or refunds.

Inspection Requirement
Upon delivery, please inspect your order for defects or discrepancies. Any issues reported after 24 hours of receipt will not qualify for exchange.

Exchange for Defective Items Only
Exchanges are only processed for unused, undamaged items sent incorrectly or with a verified defect. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

No Cancellation After Confirmation
Once an order is placed and confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not permitted, as all items are custom-made.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not issued for custom-made or made-to-order items. However, exchanges may be possible for equal or higher value, subject to product and size availability.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Proof of Delivery
Every order is shipped with a tracking number and may require a signature upon delivery to verify receipt.

No Refunds for Non-Payment
Items such as formals or bridals are not eligible for refunds due to non-payment. Customers must pay the full amount within 7 days of notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
Any approved refund is processed strictly as per company policy and may take 30 to 45 business days. No exceptions apply to this timeline.

Chargebacks & Refunds
If a chargeback is initiated for an order, any refund request related to that order will be cancelled. This applies regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, including cases where the chargeback is resolved in our favor.

Final Sale Items
Certain items such as unstitched fabric, made-to-order dresses, and bespoke outfits are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
