Shipping Policy

All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at time of ordering. Maya Pret has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order.

Customer Notice Regarding Delivery Times

Please be reminded that deliveries are 3-5 working days after dispatch and not from the time of order. Shipping confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before dispatch. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you. We give all order related questions high priority. 


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location you select and cannot be refunded. We take no responsibility it there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). The custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

International Courier Selection

For international shipments, we use DHL Express or Skynet. The courier is selected by our team based on availability, service reliability, and destination at the time of dispatch. If you require shipment through a specific courier service, you must inform us at the time of placing the order or before shipment. Requests made after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the outfit category and level of customization:

  • Formal outfits: Processing time typically ranges from 5 to 8 weeks
  • Heavy formal or bridal outfits: Processing time is approximately 2 to 3 months
Exact processing timelines are clearly mentioned under the description of each product on the product page.
Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Please note that color customization, size alterations, or any additional modifications require extra production time and do not fall under standard processing timelines.

Customers opting for customized or modified designs should allow additional time beyond the standard estimate.

Urgent Orders & Expedited Processing

If you require your outfit earlier than our standard production and delivery timeframe, urgent (expedited) processing may be available for an additional fee.

Important Details:

  • Urgent fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and depend on:

    • The outfit design and complexity

    • How early the delivery is required

    • The delivery location

     

  • Because of these factors, urgent fees may vary and cannot be pre-fixed.

Approval & Confirmation

  • Urgent processing is only confirmed once approved by our consultant via WhatsApp/email.

  • Availability is not guaranteed and will be assessed individually.

  • Any urgent timeline discussed is valid only after written confirmation by our consultant.

Guaranteed Timeline

  • Once the urgent fee is paid and the timeline is confirmed, we guarantee delivery within the promised timeframe.

  • If we are unable to meet the confirmed urgent delivery timeline, the urgent processing fee will be fully refunded.

Notes

  • The urgent fee covers expedited production and/or shipping only.

  • This fee is non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases where we fail to meet the confirmed timeline.
